The console

The console is one web screen for every Hovera app you are allowed to use. This page explains the home page and the menus.

What you see

  • Home shows your apps and what waits for you.
  • An app tile appears only when the app is licensed and enabled, and you hold at least one of its permissions.
  • The Hovera space holds Home, Inbox, Approvals, Review queue, Digest, and Floor plans.
  • The Setup space holds Users, Roles, Calendars, Qualifications, Partners, Cost centres, Labour rates, Team settings, Apps, Jobs, Audit log, and Security. It shows only when you hold a permission for at least one entry.
  • Each app adds its own spaces, for example Work, Stock, and Plan in Logistics.

Shortcuts

Hold G and press a letter: H Home, I Inbox, A Approvals. Each app adds its own letters.

Roles and permissions

A team role applies at every location. A location role applies at one location. A location you cannot see does not exist for you.

Wording

A commercial install and a defence install use some different words. Each page gives both words where they differ.
