viewer	Read inventory.
storekeeper	Receive, issue, move, count, transfer out, read planning, raise and manage purchase orders. Cannot approve.
supervisor	Storekeeper work plus adjust, approve, manage members, report status, override holds, approve purchase orders.
logistics-admin	Supervisor work plus sensitive approvals, catalogue, policy, imports, users, roles, locations, and location kinds.
planner	Read, manage, order, and run scenarios in supply planning.
reporter	Report status and read its own row.

Roles are editable. An install can change them.
