What this is
Fleet is the transport app of Hovera. A shipment that Logistics sends with Fleet as the carrier waits in the Transport queue. A transport officer puts it on a trip, assigns a vehicle and a driver, and releases the trip. The driver runs the trip on a phone: pre-trip check, stops, loading, hand-over, finish. Fleet tells Logistics when a shipment is loaded and handed over.
Fleet also keeps the vehicle and driver registers, fuel entries, monthly chargeback statements for cost centres, and five transport reports.
In defence installs the screens say "movement" for trip, "Driver (MT)" and "Vehicle (B)". This guide uses the commercial words.

- A manager sets up Fleet settings, vehicles and drivers.
- Logistics sends shipments to the transport queue.
- The officer plans and releases a trip.
- The driver runs the trip.
- The officer watches the dispatch board.
- The finance team runs chargebacks each month.
