Readiness and reports

See how much equipment is available and how maintenance is performing.

Readiness

Readiness needs maintenance.readiness.read. It shows available, degraded, and down equipment. A defence install uses the states FMC, PMC, NMC-M, NMC-S, and NMC-B. The tabs are Today, Deadline report, and Forecast.

  • Deadline report: one line for each down item with days down, fault, work order, estimated completion, and waiting parts.
  • Forecast: how many items are available on each of the next days.

Reports

Reports needs maintenance.read. It holds backlog, overdue, PM compliance, reliability, and failures.

  • Value: downtime, PM compliance, warranty recovered, and repair savings since the baseline.
  • Costs: maintenance spend by month, equipment, place, or kind. Amounts need costs.read.
