Health colours
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red (critical) | Expired stock, ledger mismatch, a shipment more than 24 hours late, or an open shortage. |
| Amber (warning) | Below reorder, expiring lots, approvals waiting, or a shipment due today. |
| Blue (counting) | A count has frozen the location. |
| Green (ok) | No issue. |
| Grey | You see it only as the end of a shipment. |
| Hollow | The location is inactive. |
A location at 0,0 is not drawn. Shipment arcs: on time (blue), due today (amber), overdue (red), partly received (purple).
Steps
- Open Map.
- Filter by kind, health, tags, Only my locations, or in transit.
- Click a pin or an arc. The side panel has Overview, Stock, Shipments, Activity, People, and Supply tabs.
- Use the action bar: Receive, Issue, Transfer out, Start count, Edit location (when permitted).
Rules and limits
- The list view is the keyboard and screen-reader path. It is the default below 768 pixels.
- Filters, selection, and viewport are in the address.
- The map refreshes every 60 seconds and works offline. It shows an offline basemap and "© OpenStreetMap contributors". Without map tiles it draws a bundled outline and admins see a banner.
- Layers add supply risk, sustainment, and scenario views. A scenario view shows "SCENARIO — name — not real data".
