Team settings, apps, and jobs

Set the team name and options, see which apps and seats are licensed, and watch scheduled jobs.

Team settings

You need settings.manage.

FieldMeaning
Team nameUp to 80 characters.
Default time zoneNew locations start with it. Each location keeps its own.
Approval policy profileDefence or Commercial. Read-only. It is fixed at install.
CurrencyThree letters. Locked after you set it. Shown when costs are on.
RegionUnited States uses miles and gallons. India uses kilometres and litres.

Click Save settings. The system shows "Team settings saved."

Apps

You need security.read. The table lists each app with its key, base path, version, status, licence, expiry, seats, and permission count. A disabled app keeps its data but has no routes or jobs. Without a licence the page shows a No licence warning. Seats over the limit show in red.

Jobs

You need jobs.read. Turning a job on or off needs jobs.manage.

  • The table shows each job with its schedule, time zone, switch, next run, and last status.
  • Statuses: running, succeeded, retry_waiting, retry_exhausted, failed, skipped_missed, skipped_overlap.
  • A failed run retries after 1, 5, and 5 minutes, then stops as retry_exhausted.
  • A manual run is refused while another run is active.
  • Platform jobs include review expiry (hourly), the digest (hourly), event pruning (daily, keeps 90 days by default), and ledger verification (every 15 minutes).
