What this is
Hovera Fleet is the transport app. It works with Hovera Logistics. Logistics owns the stock and the shipment. Fleet owns the trip, the vehicle and the driver.
The flow of one shipment:
- In Logistics, a shipment is sent with Fleet as the carrier. It appears in the Transport queue as a waiting shipment.
- A transport officer puts it on a trip. The shipment is now Planned.
- The officer releases the trip. The driver sees it under My trips.
- The driver starts the trip, arrives at the pickup stop and confirms Loaded. The shipment is Loaded.
- When the driver leaves the pickup stop, Fleet dispatches the shipment in Logistics. The shipment is On the way.
- At the drop stop the driver records the hand-over. The shipment is Handed over. Logistics staff confirm receipt in Logistics.
Some screens and permissions call a shipment in Fleet a consignment.
Fleet is also the register of vehicles and drivers, the place for fuel entries, and the source of monthly chargebacks.

You see only the pages that your permissions allow. The shortcut g then f opens Fleet.

A driver with only fleet.trips.drive sees only My trips. The Fleet home page sends that driver there.
A person without the permission for a page sees a short "You cannot see ..." message instead of the page.
