Stops, loading, and hand-over

The page shows one stop at a time: the first stop you have not left or skipped.

What the stop card shows

  • Stop N of M, with the place name, code, and address.
  • Before you arrive: the ETA (or Planned arrival) and Against plan: "Late by X" when the ETA is over 10 minutes after the plan, otherwise "On time". Links Directions and Call the contact.
  • After you arrive: Arrived and Leave by.
  • At this stop: the Pick up and Drop rows with shipment number (SHP-000123), weight, pallets, and status.

Steps at each stop

  1. Tap I have arrived. The page shows "Arrival at PLACE recorded."
  2. For each planned pickup tap Loaded SHP-000123. If you loaded the wrong one, tap Unload SHP-000123.
  3. For each drop tap Hand over SHP-000123 (see below).
  4. Tap Depart. At the last stop the button reads Leave the last stop.

The main button follows this order: arrive, hand over, load, depart.

Hand over a shipment

  1. Tap Hand over SHP-000123. The sheet says "At PLACE. The receiver signs for it on your copy."
  2. Enter Received by. It is required, up to 120 characters. Use the name of the person.
  3. Optional: add a Note (optional) (up to 500 characters) and a photo of the signed copy or the load.
  4. Tap Confirm hand-over.

The page shows "SHP-000123 handed over." The shipment is handed over in Logistics.

Depart with nothing loaded

If nothing is loaded for dispatch, the page warns "Nothing is loaded for dispatch at this stop." and "Load what is planned here, or tap Depart anyway." Tap Depart anyway only if that is right.

When Logistics refuses a shipment at departure

A red box says "Stop: you cannot leave with this shipment". It gives the reason for each shipment:

The page says "Unload it here before you drive off. It is back in the transport queue and your officer has been told." Tap I have unloaded it to continue.

Skip a stop

  1. Tap Skip this stop. The sheet asks "Skip PLACE?" and says anything to pick up goes back to the transport queue.
  2. Answer Why skip this stop? It is required, up to 300 characters.
  3. Tap Skip stop. The page shows "PLACE skipped."

If something goes wrong
