Fuel checks

The Checks tab lists fuel entries that look wrong. The tab shows a count. An empty tab says "No open checks".

Before you start

You need fleet.fuel.manage.

The rules

RuleMeaning
More than the tank holdsThe quantity is above the tank capacity.
Meter went backwardsThe odometer is below the last reading.
Outside the usual efficiencyDistance per unit is far from the usual range.
Far from the vehicleThe entry is far from the vehicle's position.

The Status column shows Minor issue in Maintenance, Fleet inbox, or Flagged only.

Steps

  1. Open Fuel, then Checks.
  2. Open a check and read the entry.
  3. Void it if it is wrong. See Fuel entries. Otherwise leave it. Nothing was refused.
