Delays, fuel, and defects

Report a delay

Your transport officer sees it at once, and the ETAs move.

1. Tap Report delay.
2. Tap a quick button: 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, or 2 h. Or enter Or minutes: a whole number from 1 to 1440.
3. Optional: enter a Reason (optional), up to 200 characters, for example "Traffic, checkpoint, weather".
4. Tap Send delay.

The page shows "Delay sent to your transport officer." If the minutes are not a whole number: "Enter the delay in whole minutes."

Record fuel

1. Tap Record fuel. The sheet shows the vehicle registration. The office sees it at once.
2. Choose the Fuel (Diesel, Petrol, CNG, LPG, Electricity, or Other). The unit follows: L or gal, kWh, or kg.
3. Enter Quantity. It must be more than zero.
4. If prices are visible, enter either Price per unit or Total. The page works out the other.
5. Optional: odometer, station, the last 4 digits of the card, a receipt photo, and a note (up to 500 characters).
6. Tap Save fuel. If the odometer reading is far from the last one, tap Confirm and save.

The page shows "Fuel recorded: N L." If the system flagged the entry, an amber note says "Flagged for the office to check" with the rules. You do not need to do anything. With no signal: "No connection. Tap again to retry; it will not be recorded twice."

Report a defect

1. Tap Report defect. The sheet says Maintenance and your transport officer are told.
2. Enter What is wrong? It is required, up to 1000 characters.
3. Answer Is the vehicle still safe to drive? with Yes, safe or No.
4. Optional: add photos.
5. Tap Report defect.

The page tells you what happened: "Defect reported. Maintenance has it as NUMBER.", "Defect reported. It is being passed to Maintenance.", "Defect reported, but Maintenance did not take it. Your transport officer will follow up.", or "Defect reported. Your transport officer can see it." If you chose No, it adds "You said it is not safe to drive. Wait for your transport officer before you drive on."
